Swing & Sweat

Swing & Sweat: the ideal class for people who want to turn their love of swing music, jazz and boogie into movement. In contrast to the couple dances that are usually danced to these styles of music, here everyone can swing and sweat on their own. Swing & Sweat involves dancing solo to groovy music from the 30-50s. A combination of swing dances and line dancing to a mix of jive, boogie woogie, lindy hop, rock'n'roll and jazz. Above all, this solo dance should be fun. Whether you already know one of these dances or are still a music-loving 'pedestrian', it doesn't matter - ladies and gents, come in and swing, everyone is welcome to join us for "Swing & Sweat"!
