Class description
She wants to create a safe space for every soul. The classes are always built up with an intense warm-up, training techniques and a workout, sometimes working on formations or just the “pick up”. We move, we work, we sweat.

Gisèle Oesch can individually adapt her classes to the different levels of her students. She especially takes care of post injury convalescence and different levels of education. She had a major injury during her education herself and created special training methods in combination with her Pilates teacher skills.
