Manning Dong is a dancer and choreographer. After completing her in BA ballet performance at Shanghai Theatre Academy, she joined Suzhou Ballet as a soloist, where she won the First Prize and Best Performance Award at Ballet Grand Prix Vienna. She made her Master in choreography at University of the Arts Zurich (ZHDK). She is also a registered trainer in Gyrokinesis®.

She was a member of the ATLAS choreography programme at the Impulstanz Festival 2024 Vienna and interned as an assistant at the Semperoper in Dresden.

The lines and techniques of ballet will meet with freer expression here.

The classes will also draw inspiration from gyrokinesis® and contemporary dance training, guiding peolpe to discover spatial awareness through movement. Fluid breathing will enhance your bodies agility, allowing you to gradually experience physical extension, inner strength, and the joy that art brings.

Whether you wish to solidify your foundational skills or explore greater expressiveness in ballet, this environment allows you at every stage to enjoy movement at a comfortable pace.
