Class description

The workshop begins with improvisational exercises exploring movement through the use of weight, time, and space - articulating the body and building awareness. The class then evolves into group exercises dedicated to examining our decision making, identifying stimuli, and unlocking a multi-dimensional awareness. The final part of the workshop is dedicated to composition. The dancers work together to generate movement through the use of compositional tasks, intuitive impulses, and previous movement experience.
